NO ONE SUCCEEDS ALONE!

WHO participates in the RCF Alumni Mentor Program?

  • RCF Scholar Chapter members, undergraduate and graduate students
  • RCF alumni who have received their undergraduate degrees and other Latino professionals

WHY do students and alumni participate in the program?

  • Educational research supports the value of one-on-one relationships as a means of helping individuals set and achieve their goals.

HOW does the mentoring program work?

  • Alumni identify their interest as a mentor by completing the Alumni Network form and Selecting “Mentoring.”
  • There are two matching cycles per year, one in September and another in February.
  • Matches are made based on academic, professional and personal interests.

WHAT is expected of participants?

  • Mentors and mentees are expected to communicate at least twice a month through June of that academic year.
  • All participants are required to complete surveys and check in with Program Officers as requested.
  • To be a mentor please fill out this Registration Form.

If you are interested in being a mentee and finding the perfect mentor, or if you have any questions, please contact our Program Officers at alumni@rrcfoundation.org
